Hey Chris,
Your post on “where’s all the Rails support?” caught my eye just now. Not sure if this is the right direction here but, regarding supporting Rails applications, we’ve been doing it for a bit at FiveRuns.
We help with optimizing and tuning apps in Dev stage and our Manage service provides monitoring for Rails apps in Production.
In fact, we are giving a talk on 9/9 at the Boston Ruby User Group event and I’ll be there as well.
